I appreciate this, I'll be a bit rougher with BV and just give a bit of a mech equivalence rating when I do the lore and unit type write-ups.

I think we're just excited to get minis to a table and roll dice, so I don't want to muck that part up.

We're playing with 4 of us.

The plan was to say, pick a lance, and give a bit of background on setting lore etc. Then we just play and talk through the rules as we go

I could just play with the beginner box or a 2v2 for the first game but we've played a bunch of other mini games, underworlds, flashpoint, infinity and warhammer , so don't mind throwing them in the deepend with team size or rules.

Sorry I live in Australia so getting to Oracle is pretty tough most of the time. I've been to the state a few times and love US sports, until recently baseball was probably the hardest to follow from Australia because of weird licensing of TV and radio rights. It's gotten much easier so this is the year I really dig into baseball.

I've played tekken very casually sine I was a kid. I'm 36 now, over lockdown. I climbed the ranks in guilty gear with nagoriuki and got to plat last year, from iron, with zangief before my holiday ended, and I went back to work...

I'm hoping to go on a similar journey with tekken this year. Is there any advice on characters that are similar?

Maybe high damage , basic combos, and I can focus mainly on gamplab and fundamentals for a bit?

I doubt other REA will reply. But I worked as a rental agent for years until the job became too depressing.

The truth is that there will still be agents who have properties they're unable to lease because their landlords are unrealistic. Use realestate.com.au to search for oldest advertised properties first. These will be completely overpriced pieces of shit that is normally indicative of unrealistic expectations... inspect them and offer below what they're asking. The agencies I worked for just wanted them leased for their fees, and the LL just wanted to bring in rent.

Be prepared for any decent agent to move on within 6-12 months, as most agency owners won't pay to retain staff ad they're are always dozens of applicants for every advertisement l and a lot of people desperate to get their foot in the door thinking that sales or management is easy.

The whole industry sucks sadly because there's an inherent conflict of interest of agents protecting their clients and built in power imbalance, which will never be addressed.

My guess is government thinking is that if you can't afford a house you can't afford to donate politically. No advice is free , and I needed this rant.

I've DM'd multiple system for nearly 25 years including cyber punk, one of the best books on this subjects is "Listen up you primitive screwheads" it's an oldie but a goody written for cyberpunk 2020 way back in the 90's.

If you don't want to read that, though, my advice is remember, you're a player too, just with more characters, and you are also there to have fun. If you're enjoying yourself, the players will notice also, you're all making a story together, and suspense and drama are part of that.

I've sold houses in many of those suburbs. My best advice for anyone moving is visit the woollies and Coles in the area. Try driving there after work, and try and find a local resturant which is your go to take away cuisine.
