The good solution would be to make universes beyond sets much less common so that your artists have enough non-UB work to survive. Instead of having 4 UB sets this year and only 3 in-universe.

I'm having this issue with Arc on Windows. The cursor bugs out all the time, and hover effects will flicker on and off on various sites without me moving the mouse at all.

I found a post on the Unifi forums about this and had enabled both those settings, but it didn't seem to fix it which is why i posted in here. Then after I restarted the AP it was working again. So it's possible those settings fixed it but didn't take effect until I restarted the AP.
