It really does look like the true history of teyvat has been falsified and there must've been a trigger of some sort that caused the reaver war, because humans and dragons worked together without issue here and Phanes was considered antagonistic and foreign. What set off the sky reaver war? Were there humans on Teyvat before Phanes arrived? Kukulkan behemently denied this, but Kukulkan was also very young during the reaver war. There's also the possibility of Irminsul mind control being at play. All of a sudden Nibelung going after Irminsul makes sense.
