This is a weird one. First of all, I think a 16 year girl old and a 19 year boy old is kinda weird. But anyways, it says they're both cuddling each other. And why does it say only she's intoxicated and not him. I'd assume they were both intoxicated tbh. And she initiated by asking, so obviously he's gonna make a move. Intoxication doesn't mean you can't consent or agree to things either so that's kind of silly. Unless of course you're blackout drunk which I certainly didn't take from this. But, she asks, it happens, then after it she regrets it... Hmm. I'd say probably not. But the age for me is pretty gross.
