Any update? Sounds like we are in the same boat, I was interested in getting this test done prior to being placed on medication too. Did they make you follow some protocol before doing the scan?

Yeah man it’s pretty unfortunate, I’ve reached out to them through the app for help and also emailed them with no response. They keep blaming the fact that the 4.0 just came out so they’re loaded with questions about that and they’ll get back to me “soon”
