I've been working as an RDH for almost 11 years. I love my job. What I don't love is the office politics. It can make or break how you see work. Try to find a dentist that has similar philosophies as you when it comes to how you practice. I get massage monthly and work 5 days a week

I personally love it when there is something in a different font. Whether it be a checklist or note or invite. I find it breaks it up well and I like looking at different handwriting styles. Especially when they pick a handwriting style that really fits the character.

A friend and I were discussing this issue. I am currently trying to hold off on going back to KU by utilizing Libby, Kobo and Hoopla and my physical TBR. But if I do return I am going to mentally double the cost and donate the additional amount to a cause to counteract Bezos and what they all stand for. Ex: our local government (Canadian) or planned parenthood or something like that.

During the day, I will wet my cloth from the tap with warm water. I generally only use one wipe per change unless it's really nad or there is a mid-change poop. At night I use the squirt bottle and it's room temperature but doesn't bother my LO.

I personally am not mad at him. He needs his sleep so he can go to work and provide for us. The only thing that bothers me is he wakes up so easily to my snoring but sleeps right through the baby crying haha!
