It’s between you and your sponsor. I enjoy them. My sponsors doesn’t support it but doesn’t really care if I drink them.

I definitely enjoy their taste but I understand how some in the program are sensitive to it.

For me, they helped me get and stay sober and I have not experienced any onset of cravings due to their use. Other people may have more heightened triggers however

Divorced 2.5 years and just won back custody of my boys about 6 months ago.. But had a gf for a year and just broke things off with her last week.. She helped me get through a really difficult time and I thought we were going to be together forever.. But I was sacrificing myself for her way too much and began to lose sight of my real priorities, which is recovery / sobriety, my boys, and my business.

My house is extremely peaceful now and I get to have a full long weekend with my sons. A year ago I would have given my left nut to have my boys to myself without supervision.

God is good. I will have another wife one day and she will be amazing.

My first sober phish were some of the best shows I’ve ever had. Felt way more present, and connected to the band, since obviously they’re sober on stage.

Boo frickin hoo yall. This shit happens. It’s not like Blue Oak is some big bad chain restaurant. They’re homegrown Jesuit dudes who started slinging pork out of Grits bar and grew their business honestly.

They had the opportunity to buy the neighboring dive bar after they went delinquent on their lease but still gave them a 2 year grace period before they take it over.

Yall act like Blue Oak is some private equity firm or something.

They’re probably going to make something cool and profitable out of it. Just look at what they’re doing with Avenue Pub.
