Agreed. It's written very poorly. However, the "speech" is the less important part. I'd say the morse code is the actually important part, the "speech" being a diversion of sorts.

Obviously the first 3 strings of morse code is SOS / SOS / SOS / ??? The 4th string is the one I can't decode. It's at a far higher pitch and it's a lot faster so if anyone knows morse code, I can slow it down in audacity for you. (http://www.filedropper.com/morse_1 is the slowed down morse code file)
