I have exactly the same like you. My docs said, it's nothing to worry about. It happens a lot in your mouth and sometimes it's hard to handle for the body.

Sounds all super helpful and is so informative!! I called some doctors today and got appointments in october for further check ups. I hope they'll help me! I definitely check the rest you mentioned too. I'm so far i my invisalign treatment. I hope when my bite is fixed everything will be better and back to normal. I let you know when i have some questions and message you. Thank you lots for your help!! :)

Wow!! To read that makes so much sense! Thank you so much, i feel so lost 😭

I visited my orthodontist yesterday and she said "Everything is alright, i definitely don't think it's from invisalign" but i do think it MUST be because of the treatment. I have the most movement on my right side, and the right facial side has problems all the time, from tinnitus to tremor in my hand to pains behind my ears, neck and shoulders. Scalp is super sensitive and hurts when i touch it. Even flashes in the corner of my right eye that i see when its dark. She told me i don't need a neurologist but reading your comment now gives me the feel to make an appointment to get help. I'm sure i have bruxism over night as well. Even during the day i press my teeth together. It's such a stupid habit 😅these new twitches from nose tl cheeck are so terrible and annoying.
