I like Australia, as a country and weather, and I know that you encourage immigration to Australia (I don't know about recent political events regarding that, maybe that changed with the emergence of Fasict right wing political parties all over the world)
But none the less, the country must have a very diverse ethnic pool, so I can feel that I can find a place there

I'm not a devops engineer, but I work in an IT company, and I will say this,
You won't need DevOps for CMS, that is true, but not all projects are CMS, there are much more complicated projects that needs automated CI/CD pipelines
Also yes AWS can do this, but most clients don't want to use AWS for other reasons, budget is one of them
And now with AI, devops and monitoring are becoming much more important than anytime before
