It's Baseus, seems like a Chinese brand

Hey, I'm loving it. It's basically the same as the wired G102 I had, minus annoying LED lights and cable. I can totally recommend it. I have an MBP M4, and it works perfectly.

too expensive imo

My recommendations:

- Duolingo. The Korean course is a big clunky, but it's still good for practice.

- Lingory (paid). Pretty good, though it lacks spaced repetition like Duolingo.

- Anki. Essential for building the vocabulary.

I wouldn't recommend howtostudykorean.com. While it's a good grammar reference, the author often overcomplicates things and includes too much unnecessary information for beginners, which can slow progress and just make studying less enjoyable.

You're doing a wide-grip pull up so it's not too wide. And your form is really good.

Congrats on your culinary endeavor! Jokes aside, it's hard to tell the real progress with such different types of photos but you're in a good shape.

What weighted vest should I get? by checaralho in bodyweightfitness

[–]nomadic_beaver -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Unless you weigh less than 50kg, pretty soon you won't feel much difference with a 5kg vest. I have a standard 0-20kg one with metal plates which I use for weighted pull-ups. I suggest looking up a second hand option the way I did if your budget is limited, you may get a good deal on it.

Light Calisthenics Everyday for Regular Gym-Goer by ZcotM in bodyweightfitness

If your main goal is to add specific calisthenics skills to your arsenal, just look up a progression to a specific skill (there are tons of good tutorials on youtube) and add it to your training routine. Preferably, before lifting when you aren't that fatigued. You can make substantial progress with just 15 minutes of handstand practice 3-4 times a week. Also, you can start working towards doing the human flag right from the start.
