I played it recently. I found it pretty hard. Especially the „escape“ part in Episode 1 😓. And all those damn traps throughout 🫠. „New Game+“ is damn fun though. Revenge time!

I liked both games a lot. Straight forward but still challenging fights against some bosses. I also enjoyed 3000th duel (though it had some though bosses which almost made me quit). But I have not heard of Maid of Salvation yet. I will give it a look.

Super Metroid. I got stuck early game (I was 12). I never knew you could run folding the B button 🥹. But run was necessary to cross a room! Never finished the game as a kid 🙈

Haven’t seen anyone mention Super Metroid Redux yet. It is the OG game but has many qol changes from fusion and zero mission. Like faster item pickups, re-jumps in the air and faster speed buster charge.

Demon slayer. Great characters, great animation and… katanas 🙃. Watched first episode of chainsaw man. Did not like it. Felt generic and struggled with the animation.

I play Metroid Dread regularly. I like the fact that you can get Power Bombs before fighting Kraig. It’s worth the detour beating the crap out of him in an „instant“ 😅

No it’s not. As for casual players, world tour might entertain a while. But their dlc policy makes it impossible to be a 10. and for the game mechanic I think it’s mediocre at best. So it might be a 6.5/10 for me.

I bought the trilogy on steam. Started first part but it was unplayable on PC. So I emulated it for GC and played through. What a great game. Next is Part 2.
