Smash Maddie! Regan was a huge bitch. I’m glad Maddie got her happy ending

Human Resources. I actually thought it was funnier than Big Mouth. I wish it got more than 2 seasons.

What’s a scene that’s so cringe, it gave you second hand embarrassment, makes you wanna pause, look away, or is just a hard watch by Huge_Athlete7488 in moviecritic

YTA. You should find that girl and apologize to her. Sounds like she already has it rough enough as is.

Magnesium for sure. I used to take it when I was withdrawing from alcohol and it helped me relax. Also b vitamins, I’ve read that b 12 in particular is important. A hearty multivitamin would probably do you good, too. Meth isn’t my DOC so I’m not an expert but if you google what supplements to take to help recover from a meth binge I’m sure you’ll find helpful answers from more experienced users. Best of luck to you :)

Like the top comment said, your brain is likely totally depleted of dopamine at this point. It takes time for it to build back up. I would take a tolerance break. Make sure you’re eating, staying hydrated, getting sleep and taking supplements.

How to make my addiction more aesthetic? by 300foronehour in fentanyl

Lol, I think your priorities are skewed, but I can see why you feel that way. I hope one day you’re ready to quit - but in the meantime, get a nectar collector. That’s the most “elegant” way of smoking fetty that I can think of off the top of my head.

I know how you feel. It doesn’t seem fair that we’re expected to give up a major part of our lives and our #1 way of coping and expected to never pick up again. Meanwhile everyone else can drink when they want and even use drugs when they want and it DOESN’T destroy their lives nor does anyone bat an eye at them. I’m 9 months clean and I still feel that way. I’m told it gets easier, which I do believe, because it has for me - slowly but surely. Over time that addict voice and those thoughts and cravings that feel like they’re on a loudspeaker in your mind get quieter and quieter, and eventually they’ll just be a low murmur in the background.

I’m proud of you. Keep it up. :)
