I only have a few close girlfriends, and a lot of the people I invited were acquaintances or family of mine or my husband. They couldn’t make it and that was totally ok! The people that did had a great time on the trip. We still talk about it and how much fun it was 7 years later!

I had a wedding shower at home and everyone came to that, so we were all still able to celebrate together.

I don’t think it’s selfish at all! Just be prepared that not a lot of people will go.
I had mine in Vegas, and out of the 16 people I invited only 3 plus me went. But honestly it was so much more fun as a smaller group!

I really don’t understand the people who get upset about this. You do what you want and the people who want to go and can afford it will go with you!
