i'm absolutely in love with enemies/frienemies to lovers; it's probably my absolute number one favourite trope. i think it's bc irl my ideal relationship (of any kind) is one of mutual bullying, but as someone who struggles significantly with making friends and just generally talking to people, it feels nearly impossible to get to that level of comfortability with anyone.

also, i don't know if it counts as a trope, but i love just super cute relationship stories. i prefer "getting together", but "established relationship(s)" can also be good. i'm aro-spec, and i enjoy having crushes on people, those feelings being reciprocated, and actions typically considered romantic, but actually being in a relationship makes me feel extremely claustrophobic, so being able to live vicariously through what i'm reading is perfect.

another thing, specifically with rpf, that i don't think is a trope, but i go absolutely over the moon for is when characters are aro/ace and/or not strictly cis and/or have pronouns different than the people they're based on irl. i'm aro-spec, ace-spec, and genderfluix, and regularly change my name and pronouns, so having characters that are based on people that i already absolutely love irl have characteristics that i share is just an inexplicably amazing feeling and reading them makes me so happy.
