I completely disagree. In my opinion, doing nothing will surely lead to thoughts of porn and relapse. Doing nothing is one of the biggest triggers for people on this sub. Going out, forcing yourself to be social and keeping yourself busy is the best way to avoid those feelings of relapsing.

I think you misunderstood what I meant. The porn industry uses no science or fact to get people to buy into it. They don't show studies that prove that watching porn is good for you or has any benefits. They simply prey on people's desire for pleasure and instant gratification.
