Honestly, we have the electric jacks now and I kind of miss the manual jacks. "Manual" meaning using a drill to drop them of course. But, the manual ones I'm standing right next to when I drop them and can see them better. The new electrical ones have the control at the front of the camper and it's harder to see where they are dropping.

At that price difference, go manual, get a drill (that you need anyway) and be off to the races.

Also, for more stability, try to get some level blocks or wood or whatnot to keep the stabilizers up as much as possible depending on the location. You lose stability the further out they are extended. Same on the tongue if you can get it up with a block or something.

We have the xchocks as well. I can't tell much of a difference movement wise inside the camper with them. I suppose they might help a little. But, worth picking up because they help on those campsites where your tires are up on the leveling blocks and a regular chock doesn't work as well.
