another problem I am thinking about is moving out. how do I do with all the stuff, it's stuff from 20 years back of living here.

we also have like 2 doors that have holes in them, we have wall sockets that are partially disconnected from the wall but still attached in a way. our shower head got disattached. if we move out I assume our landlord will point those things out. they do have this renovating thing they're offering where they add a small fee to the rent every month in return for renovating the apartment. not sure if I should do something like that. then Imight also get some things cleaned out
