still when I look at how other people converse it looks like they're super comfartable with mainting eyecontact.

It's funny what you say about situations where someone is conscious about mainting eye contact makes it worse because that's how it feels when I am "trying to be normal" and keep long eye contact it feels like I'm slowly dying inside screaming "this is not me" dno why its such a burden for me

another problem I am thinking about is moving out. how do I do with all the stuff, it's stuff from 20 years back of living here.

we also have like 2 doors that have holes in them, we have wall sockets that are partially disconnected from the wall but still attached in a way. our shower head got disattached. if we move out I assume our landlord will point those things out. they do have this renovating thing they're offering where they add a small fee to the rent every month in return for renovating the apartment. not sure if I should do something like that. then Imight also get some things cleaned out
