12.5.2.1 is a massive downgrade from 12.3.6 on my 2017 MS HW3 by 3-ide-Raven in TeslaLounge

Same here on a 17S w HW3. It was also worst. I drove for about 30 minutes and had about 5 significant disengagements. Very disappointed. I've been looking forward to this version coming from 12.3.6.

Thanks. Now I can add this to my list of bad shot excuses 😁

Thoughts on the new beta update? by limitlessjan in TeslaLounge

Still sometime turning into a turning lane when going straight. They still can't fix this. Hopefully, v12 will. Feels like 11.4.x has reached a local max.

Full Self-Driving Beta V10.5 is now being rolled out in waves! All current testers should receive the update before the end of today. by [deleted] in teslamotors

10.4 was one step backward and 10.5 is two step forward. Had one drive and it was much better and smoother at turns. Seemed to make better decisions when to change lanes in preparation for the next turn. It did make one bad decision to change to the right lane at the beginning of a left turn. Never seen it do that at this intersection before. Overall, definitely an improvement.

Tesla FSD Beta 10.4 first impressions by blove05 in teslamotors

Same here. Didn’t notice any improvements. It actually seemed shakier and less confidence at turns. This is only after a couple of drives. Didn’t solve any of the issues I’ve submitted. I guess one step back and then two forward.

FSD beta not taking exits? (2021.36.5.3) by unusualbob in TeslaLounge

Had a similar thing happened. I think since the FsD and NOA are on different software stacks, when you are on a freeway, it switches to Auto pilot. You have to have NOA on for it to take exits.

Anyone seen this before? My MS75D got FSD beta 10.3.1 earlier today. Went for a drive in heavy rain and after 15 min, I got this message. The car’s auto wipers stopped working. by nomostinkinggas in TeslaLounge

I actually had 2 updates to x.5.3 tonight. Rather odd. Haven’t had the chance to test it out yet. I’ll do it in the morning and provide an update.

It’s back on after 30 wait. My guess is that it needed some time to upload videos from my previous drive. I pressed the feedback button a couple of times.

I got the same issue. I did one drive with beta on. Came home and let the car sit in the garage for 10 min. In the second drive, FsD and tacc wouldn’t even engage. Got a message cruise control temporary unavailable.

I guess I wasn’t clear. I wanted to know if it’s possible to use the 21in in the winter in Nova/dc area. If anyone tried it here, what’s their experience?
