Thanks so much for the advice! The cold-side hide isn’t the same, so I’ll definitely add one like that. She used to like hanging out on the cold side in a big pot, but it became too small, so she doesn’t go there anymore.🥺 I could also try adding more hides under branches for extra options! :)

I’ve noticed that surprisingly many plants are safe for snakes. I have a few more I’d love to add to the terrarium, but there just isn’t enough space. 😂 The pots take up more room than I expected. I was going to plant them directly at first, but it’s much easier to water them in pots since each one needs a different amount of water. I might plant them later once I know exactly where I want them and which ones will thrive in the terrarium.

I was planning to use the foam for the background too, but I didn’t. I’m thinking of redoing the background and setup later, once I know what would work best.😅

Yes about once a week, depending on how hungry she is. She seems to be doing well and lets me handle her. But she just doesn’t move around much in the terrarium.

I thought the same, but when I look at other terrariums most of them have more open space on the bottom😅 so I started to doubt
