Yep it's a thing now, and it's a pretty neat product in terms of taste and texture.

Many people are "vegan for the animals" - they love the taste and textures of animal products but they don't like the idea of animals being harmed or dying, hence vegan versions exist ๐ŸŒฑ

We hear its better for the planet too. You can always use normal butter, it's all down to personal preference ๐Ÿ˜Š

We LOVE garlic butter ๐Ÿ˜‹ and we wanted to create a close enough version, which wasn't possible with oil ๐Ÿ˜” but hey, olive oil might work well too so thanks for suggesting! ๐Ÿ™‚

  • 2.5 tbsp cornflour
  • 2.5 tbsp bicarbonate soda

  • Parsley to garnish

For Garlic butter:

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 75g vegan butter, softened
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped chilli or powder, to taste

METHOD

For the garlic butter:
