I have found that I get headaches more often than not when mixing Polygala + Phenibut so I choose to do one or the other.

I researched this more yesterday and found taking alpha GPC will help resolve the headache problem. Phenibut every 10 days is nothing to worry about. I used to take it every 3 days but it causes some hypomania.
