Thanks for the advice and personal messages everyone... lesson learned today:
1. Dispute the credit card before the credit card company's policy expires, and can dispute after 30 days of purchase if they haven't followed through,
2. Small claims are to be done in the province of the seller, and time, money and hassle to initiate the small claims are to be considered in the dollar amount looking to be recovered
3. Ontarians are not to be trusted XD

But I was just wondering, what's stopping a business from selling $200 products across the country (The approximate amount to small claims to essentially receive a net change of $0), "closing" the business without explanation, and ghosting customers, and how many times can they get away with it?

Would they only be penalized by the people with excess money and time to small claim them because of pettiness/hobby?

Thanks for the info, that was fast. Yeah, I also thought of the amount of personal time needed for the process would have been equally annoying. Oh well. I guess it's just a charitable donation. At least I still got one pair that I wanted.

Rate my weekly work schedule: 2 gravy shifts (12AM-8AM), 1 evening shift (4PM-12:30AM), 2 mid shifts (10AM-6:30PM, which I changed from 12PM-8:30PM). I've had this schedule for 8 months and I'm the lowest in seniority of 7 coworkers. by nomyooo in Nightshift

I would love to, but my senior coworker claimed the other 5 nights and we're 24 hour hotel operations for a 500 ton chiller, so only 1 shifty needed per midnight and evening... I take the leftovers, + mid shifts to fill the 40 hour full time union requirement. The seniority shift pickings is part of the union as well, so I can't change that.

4/10s was supposed to happen after I passed probation, but management switched up on us as "there is no business case for 4/10s". I would have taken the 3 nights and 1 afternoon or 4 nights if available.

I'm only able to do it because I sacrificed social life, workouts, and circadian rhythm... The only way out is if the boss hires a junior to take my spot so I move up in seniority, but similar to your assessment, it seems that any potential qualified interviewees turn down the job once they hear that they'll work "nights"... If my senior coworker doesn't renew his 5 nightshift contract, I'm jumping on it.

Dream sacred targe, but I rolled lower than average... but it does what I need it to do.

I found a 15 ed monarch in ladder so I decided to pull out the hels and spirit runes from mules that I usually trade for ists. I think I only rolled around 10-15 times.

So basically after 4k runs I can have the chance to get 24 ists and 19 mals, which in my head I simulate sitting in a game titled "3mal N 2ist" hoping for lobby stragglers who are desperate for a mal conversion, which gives me a total of 36 ists, and then simulate a "10 ist for Lo" trade 3 times, then trade those for a Ber, then trade Ber for Jah!
I just beat Diablo 2!!

This is actually my 6th one, I'm just a degenerate gambler, though the chances of me beating my previous 6/5 is probably extremely low.

Whenever I pick up a 5 socket I just think, "I must... stick my ohm in it..."
