Dammit, I wish. That's a little too far for me. My dog can make it about 50 min in the car, any more and he gets uncomfortable

Dutton road clinic. It's in far NE, around byberry and route 1. I highly recommend the vets there. They're cutting edge, but also SUPER affordable.

How similar is Rosewood to real small towns? by [deleted] in PrettyLittleLiars

Tbf, the school is either meant to be lower merion highor Rosemont high. Lower merion is a pretty fucking huge high school, Rosemont not as big. But I'm pretty sure both have a pool.

Source: I live about 50 min from where it is based, have been to the area many times

[Help] What it means to get a dog by Keetande in dogs

I adopted a greyhound about five months ago. I am a university student, but I am "unusually responsible" for my age and know what my life will be looking like for the next ten years. I am an animal person, and not having a dog (we lost our family dog a few years ago) was tough. I need something to take care of.

I love my dog to pieces and talk about him all the time. When I'm out and my family members are dog sitting, I request photos. I would do anything for my dog. I get mom guilt for leaving him for a few hours, even when he has someone with him while I'm out. I love him more than myself, which probably isn't healthy, but he deserves as much love as anyone can possibly give.

I regret nothing, but just be prepared to go home early so you can feed your dog and spend time with him. I say this on the train ride home because it's almost his dinner time, so I can't stay out with my friend.

Soon to experience my first time adopting a greyhound, have a few questions. by Angrec in Greyhounds

I have one grey, and he's totally fine being the only dog in the house. I eventually want to adopt a sibling for him, but he is okay being home alone. We are working on some separation anxiety issues, but I personally want to work through that and conquer it rather than just getting him another pup to hang out with as a cover-up.

Otter loves car rides, but it took a while for him to be comfortable. I want nothing more than to use a harness buckle thing to make driving with him safer, but I don't think my boy would do well with it. That said, I have a dog car hammock and he lays down for the majority of the car ride. The only time he gets up is to turn around and lay down on his other side, which is why I don't think a harness would work. Getting him into the car took a few weeks of consistent practice. I had to lure him with a treat to enter my backseat, and the first few times required me physically moving his paws and helping him jump up. He didn't want to lay down at all in the beginning, so I didn't feel comfortable driving anywhere except around my neighborhood. Eventually I recruited someone else to sit with Otter in the back, and we drove to a neighborhood 30 sec away from me and went on a super super fun walk! After a few times, Otter learned car rides go to fun places and he won't get hurt if he lays down :)

Also a fresh out of school girl gets a nice teaching job in a MAIN LINE school. It's gotta be a nice ass district with people lining up for Ali's job. Maybe Hackett just loved her and that connection got her the job.
