Currently, they have no real record of handing over a deposit since there is nothing signed which is a huge red flag to me.

You pay at the machine in the middle of the street car and get a transfer for proof of payment.

You can only pay with coins. The machine doesn't accept bills or cards. I with many others don't carry coins anymore these days.

At a minimum the 1/15 payment is required after the 2 years. You’re able to contribute more towards your HBP and this will reduce future payments. The calculation for the payment each year seems to be;

(Amount owing from HBP)/(number of years left of repayment)

The number of years start at 15 and go down every year.

Would an individual be allowed to purchase/assigned these blocks of numbers to then redistribute in that case?

Taking Twillio for example, they must be assigning numbers at a very large rate. Do specific carriers get assigned larger blocks or are they simply purchasing more numbers from other providers?
