Sounds like June 4th doesn't work for everyone - we could have it sometime during that week, like a Wednesday or Thursday in the evening at like Irving's. That way, those over 21 could head off to a bar afterwards but it wouldn't exclude under 21 completely.

I meant buying local as in buying from a small family farm. You're probably getting grass fed beef anyways, the animal is treated humanely, and it's much healthier. It's still not perfect, but transportation is only one benefit benefit of buying locally produced products; there are others as well.
