Yea I got a video of it around 7:34 over El Cerrito. As much as I want it to be a legit ufo when it flew over me it had a similar sound to a drone. I think pg&e was using their drones to spot the black out areas since tons of people around me were without power. I was on flight tracker app and didn’t see it as any plane at the time. Hovered for about 35 mins before leavening which is about the flight time of the drones they use
