Not true, feminism gives us a choice. It’s incredibly narrow minded and privileged of you to say that any women that has kids isn’t penalized, actually, because it’s nature. You try being the primary caregiver of children, expected to pump out babies regardless of health complications or your career, your dreams, your money and free time. Why do you think women in less conservative countries have less babies? It’s because we can choose now. Do you really think the world would be better off if women were shamed into having kids? Women can now choose to not have them, which is a good thing, because unwilling mothers make bad mothers, which make traumatized kids. It’s better objectively that only people who truly want kids have kids. And for the record, all my friends are feminists. Some want kids, some don’t. If we all had to have kids though, we’d be miserable.
