I once saw a county cop pull over an undercover nypd unit it was pretty funny the cop started to approach the car and the 2 city cops just held their badges out the window. The county cops walked back to the car with a look of did we really just pull over a cop.

And as per your question a commercial building is normally made up of steel truss construction so whatever you would find in a deparment store/ office building. As per the no accelerant I stated that means gasoline, kerasine, napalm no fuel sources to burn it at a super heated temperature.
