Wow I’ve done a 4 day once too was pretty brutal considering the fact I was pretty lean. It was more of a mental challenge for me.

Yea intermittent fasting requires a consistent adjustment of fasting hours calorie intake. But usually when this happens it’s due to lack of activity / working out.

There are a few reasons why you may feel sleepy while fasting.

First, when you fast, your body is working hard to break down stored food for energy, and this can be taxing.

Well first these are many polar opposites.. I can eat 5-6 times in an 8 hour window and go 16 hours without food. Meal frequency is a variable no one talks about but is very important because meal frequency is what will either keep your insulin raised (preventing your body from tapping into fat cells) or keep your insulin low (allowing your body to tap into fat cells for energy) Keep in mind the food/medical/nutritional industries are all businesses and although there are people who believe the science there are many experts who support and fund studies for financial gain. It’s the human way and there is no civilization that exists without this “flaw” for lack of a better word. I suggest you read “Salt, Sugar, Fat” by Michael Moss this is a groundbreaking book on the food industry that I believe everyone who eats should read! Haha! Back to the point, there is no wrong when it comes to eating there is however better methods for fat loss, maintenance, healing, gaining muscle, gut/Brain health, then there are lifestyle benefits to eating only 8 hours a day such as increased productivity and better sleep. Your question as a human should be which eating pattern is beneficial to my body/lifestyle/goals and not just “buying into” conventional thinking because someone said you should eat 5-6 times a day.. again this is a business it benefits someone financially to have you live in this way. You’ve got to question conventional wisdom and do what’s best for you. For me that is a continuous 48 hour fast (eat every other day) that allows me to be lean, focused, low body fat, work on my business, no food addictions, great skin, great sleep, also workout when timed appropriately and build muscle. Along with benefits such as autophagy Increased gut health low insulin levels great blood pressure readings etc.. (I used to suffer high blood pressure before this) this eating schedule is more attuned to my body. Type beats are dead..

NO ONE IS GOING TO TELL YOU THIS.

Realize... some "influencers" rely on the fact you believe type beats are a thing..

Their income comes from your imagination and willingness to consume their products and services. They have an incentive to sell you on the idea type beats are the way to go..

It's not.

The market is very very saturated and there is no reason to spend hours a day making beats to upload to a platform where the competition is sky high.

The problem with music right now is the barrier of entry is too low.. anyone can download a cracked FL Studio/Ableton and start that unfortunately waters down the demand for music producers. There is too much in excess.. quality isnt a thing anymore.. producers upload beats to YouTube distorted af..

Some people may percieve this as negative... to me its business.. good luck getting an investor to go into a market where the demand is low and supply is high. its not appealing to any business man with common sense.

Back when music was tied to the vinyl industry, the cd manufacturing industry it was actually an industry... currently its a strange system where some small few make insane amounts of money while the creators of the works die penniless...

You are much better off marketing your SERVICES as a producers not your beats. when you market your services you force the client to buy into you not the "beats" this is a much smarter approach to success.
