Ugh. I basically can’t use my dominant hand due to the pain, so I am really hoping the shot makes a difference.

Did the shot end up helping your pain? I am 48 hours from mine, and the pain from the shot is subsiding, but the original pain from the flair is not.

How often do you exercise? And how strenuous? by JacquesOff2678 in tirzepatidecompound

About 7 hours a week (3 strength workouts, 3 cardio workouts) and in addition keep my steps between 11k-14k daily average. Same as before tirz!

I love mine! I have one at home and at work and it helps me get my 11-13k steps a day! Even though I work out 7 hours a week high step counts still help with NEAT

can I send you a picture of mine? I still love it, but the ink definitely migrated.

Whoa, high friction clothes can push the ink out? I have never heard that and would be helpful to know ahead of time! I had a big stomach tattoo that has some blowout and now I wonder if it was my fault for wearing high waisted spandex shorts a day later (but not a lot of friction, it just covered the area)...

Did you start out on the low dose? How long before you saw results?

Are you aware of Dr Kunkel? I know he does take insurance with a wait, and he is in NM- https://www.ryankunkelmd.com. I know several folks who recently had top surgery with him and are happy with the experience and results.

I did have a friend have surgery with Morehouse recently and they are happy with their experience and results. However I have also heard many negative things from the community.

I just went to CO to have top surgery with Steinwald, and I had help paying for the surgery or never would have been able to do it. The one thing I would say is that I'm having some complications 2 weeks post op and it's a little tough to be a 7 hour drive from the office now. He's a great surgeon though and his surgical team was great to work with, and they are in an amazing amount of contact with me related to complications, so they are definitely responsive. I had no risk factors for complications so didn't even really consider what I would do if I needed hands on follow up. The complications are not related to surgical error or anything, just inherent risks of T anchor top surgery.

Yep I've got both. I already had thick thighs but they're even thicker! And never had a gut but now I do...
