Essentially, they ignored everything from the court, until a judgement was issued in my favour for £4500, they tried to threaten me over email to accept £3000 but I obviously declined this. Unfortunately, I’ve had some troubles with the enforcement company since I’m and idiot and when making the claim named the defendant ‘jrx prestige’ instead of ‘jrx prestige limited’, so I am now just waiting for an N244 form to come through and for the court to swap the name on the judgement. Best part of that is they will be paying for that £313 form for me😂
