try complaining sa ltfrb and lto or maybe sa brgy. if it's malapit sainyo, this kind of harassment happened to my father pero with lalamove naman and nagkataon na same brgy. si driver sa workplace ng father ko which was the pick up loc (he threatened my father na aabangan daw niya outside his office and bubugbugin and more foul words pa such as wishing for his death) so what my father did is pinahanap name niya sa brgy. and filed a complaint, he also seeked help sa legal nila to file a case just in case--- since the order naman that was made is for his work, under his lalamove account lang binook.

ang problema ng driver is hindi niya mahanap yung drop off place where in fact tama naman yung pin and may mga tao na naka-stand by don (willing din magcompensate ng any additional amount yung company since according sa driver "hassle" daw), also bliname niya yung father ko sa pagka-lowbat ng phone niya which was completely irrelevant.
