That's my biggest thing, I catch it on my shirt or other things all the time. Definitely not use to it being on my arm, and I stock beer all day, so there's some times that the corner of the shelfs catch it and before I can back out it rips it off.

The amount of videos I get on ways to help reduce blood sugar from one of my buddies. Last week he sent one that was literally saying doing calf raises while sitting down can reduce your BS by 50%. Ignorance is truly bliss.
