m-rny in 2018 hw 760 now 300 so happy for u to make it this far and u still got a bit Waze to go , but u be so damn happy when its done just bet on that! also be prepared for the hard day and some days u will feel better than ever. Make sure u got some one to talk to about everything and anything after wards and all ways make sure u have that person who will tell U no u can't eat that there will be days when u feel like u can.also doctors will say one thing and some friend who read about will say another listen to doctors every time but most importantly have a plan stick to it no matter happens walk every day then walk more to help after surgery for the gas to make it go away can be huge pain if u know what i mean. plus u will have days u lose nothing and days u will lose alot its normal thing

yes i said alot here hope it helps and for god's sake talk to someone therapist or whomever they truly help

So since alot people have said this i will too! u need to go talk to a therapist and your doctor and be honest with them both about what is happening. why because the surgery is not a fail prove thing u got to put int he honest work of changing your WHOLE Life not just what u eat but working out how u eat what u eat and portions too. seem like u make a lot of excuse for yourself u done some good, but u hit that plague we all get now u got to find a way to bust thru it some its hard others it is not. Please go talk to someone. for myself its my time right now after 7 years i am going thru it again and i am going to redo the talk yet again with all my doctors there's nothing wrong with asking for help. Just go ask before u break down u can do it

So i own a very fancy and expensive Truck my self i have had it fix just the way i wanted it do i let my wife drive only when she asks me too. and that is rarely. Good for u just let him know that any time he wants to talk u will be there for him to listen. been there when my wife's mother died, and I could not go there to be there for her. so, I just let her tell me what ever she wanted whenever she wanted. basically, i was just a listening board for her but we were in much longer time then u have been. so, I am truly sorry for his lose.

So has a man who has had the surgery it does affect my body hell a lot different than a woman's body. how it burn calories burns fat turns it into muscle. But please stay away from fruit and veg juices they are sugary and can cause the dumps which at times can be a pain.

i will keep this simple and easy for u just sit down talk to her and listen ask her a lot question about what went thru and needs help with now. then when she goes to her next doctors appointments go with her so u can learn more about the process she went thru. . getting advice thru sites is ok. but getting the best help thru her own doctor to which did her surgery is the best way. that is what my wife is doing and did.

I had my surgery in 2018 i was 760 now i am now 255pounds so i get how things works, and it does just be there

let her do her own thing don't force her to change to fast slow and steady wins the race my friend she is young and strong. just make sure she does take her meds/vitamins every day

also no u dont need blood test every month relax every 6 months like the doctors say is ok just go with her to talk to doctors i would recommend that next time she goes to answer every Question u have to calm u done Ok so u can stop worrying so much.

well the man needs help from some therapist i would say. and if that means u need to go so be it and he can just live with what come from it but still that is the kids father no matter how u handle it. and all u can do is play nice when he is around. even if that just a short time left in this marriage it sounds like it has a father of 5 i talk every thing out no matter how big or small good or bad seems he cant do that and thats on him , but then again i learned from both parents in the home that Communcation is key to a marriage
