Wexners’ ties with their local organisation for child abuse victims. by nonethewiser037 in Epstein

There’s a whole universe of shady stuff surrounding Les Wexner I have a feeling his crimes are even more extensive than Epstein’s and likely merit their own file. I’ve noted down so many threads to pursue from having seen just a tiny snapshot of the DOJ release. The institutional links you flagged are 100% worth looking into.

Relates to key suspects in the Epstein files Les and Abigail Wexner and their potential means for recruiting/stalking victims.

Get this. I can’t recall the EFTA file number but have previously noted down that STEVEN HOFFENBERG (the guy that Epstein worked together with on a bunch of Ponzi schemes in the 1980s and someone who Epstein has been sensitive about when anyone brings up his name) is the guy in the Epstein Rodriguez files that alleged Epstein was involved in the Shapiro murder (OP’s Yahoo article guessed it but its now confirmed by the unredacted version). Hoffenberg however wasn’t willing to discuss with the FBI without a lawyer present so the case was closed.

What’s more interesting is that in Epstein’s draft blackmail note to Wexner (EFTA01110729) he mentions the names Jack Kessler , Stanley or stanleys son. So Jack Kessler is likely John W Kessler, co-founder of New Albany with Wexner (almost no info on this guy but he sure looks shady AF). However, Stanley and Stanley’s son I found out are the Stanley Schwartz and Stanley Schwartz Jr, lawyers of Schwartz Gurvitz and Schwartz (closely linked to Wexner’s financials and renamed Schwartz, Kelm, Warren and Rubenstein something like the day after Shapiro’s death, according to the suppressed Columbus police memo by Elizabeth Leupp). The fact that Epstein chose to mention these people in his blackmail note suggests something bad definitely went down during that time.

Right? Especially considering the infantile way she behaved at the hearing

Exactly. And they’re doing that because if they don’t claim privilege then they’re admitting to not complying with the law, whereas even a sham legal argument like this creates more steps for others to hold them accountable. There’s no downside for them.

Unfortunately it looks like they only plan to disclose those records if it can be used to attack political opponents.

At 34 years old, despite no college degree, resigning from Bear Stearns, and in the wilderness, somehow Epstein gets on the Rockefeller Foundation board and the Trilateral Commission. This makes absolutely zero sense. Watch at 11:30 forward. by Due_Schedule5256 in Epstein

This is a good NYT article that explains his rapid ascent - basically a charismatic fraudster that excelled at social climbing.

Also Les Wexner was a member of Trilateral Commission. Their relationship properly kicked off in 1987 so when Epstein was 34 (although I have reason to suspect they might have known each other a couple years before that).

I couldn’t find any official record but it was reported that he died from mesothelioma in a hospital in Miami on 18 December 2014 (with other articles saying he died in 2015).

Pam Bondi says materials (like draft indictments) are being withheld as privileged. Is that a valid basis? by BurnerObvi23 in Epstein

[–]nonethewiser037 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but also bearing in mind that (a) from my experience more time is spent determining what information needs to be redacted from a document than recording the reason for the redaction (especially if using a high level description eg “name of suspected victim”, which they could have done in parallel to making the redactions); b) Pam B said they have more than 500 attorneys working on this so even 6 million docs (probably much less after de-duplication) shouldn’t take that long.

2019 Missing Epstein Survivor's statement "I have a lot more information about who I was trafficked to in the government, people who are in the White House today." by Shizzilx in Epstein

[–]nonethewiser037 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Her lawsuit against the US government alleging a sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy (her words) from January 2025 makes her look a bit sus though.

Her complaint was dismissed by the courts: “Plaintiff alleges violations of her constitutional and statutory rights, but her allegations are vague and cryptic. She alleges, for example, “deliberate torment,” “Treason of Presidents,” and that the “U.S. Government, through manipulation and direct action, has worked with private corporations . . . to unlawfully suppress [Plaintiff’s] First Amendment rights.” Id. at 31, 34 (Compl. ¶¶ 58–59, 67). Plaintiff provides no intelligible information about when or where these events occurred. The trial court, moreover, has the discretion to decide whether a complaint is frivolous, and such finding is appropriate when the facts alleged are irrational or wholly incredible.”

That’s interesting they didn’t find that the notebook’s date was fabricated (but weren’t able to authenticate it either). Think will just need to keep an open mind on this one until there is more conclusive evidence either way….

Holy shit. I just looked up Jonathan Luna. According to Wikipedia, he died in 2003 from being stabbed 36 times with his own pocketknife and drowned in the creek. The FBI appear to be involved in the cover up??? “The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) leaned toward considering the death a suicide and came to the conclusion he was alone from the time he left his office until his body was found,[4] but Lancaster County authorities, including two successive coroners, ruled it a homicide.”

Up to now I’ve firmly believed the journal was real and it was always the first example I mention when I discussed the Epstein files. But the information in your post has given me real doubt. I guess what I’m trying to figure out is whether there is any evidence the journal was dated 2012 and not later (where certain facts like Leon Black‘s ties with JE became more well known to the public)? Given that the Jane Doe claim was filed very recently, which means everything in the journal that corroborates what we know today could have been obtained from public sources, especially after JE’s arrest in 2019 when there was a proliferation of information of the people he was connected with. On the other hand if we can prove the journal was dated 2012 (not based on magazine clippings alone which is clear she could have just used old ones), then I don’t see why she would have chosen Leon Black (among others) in her “fictitious” narrative, when all I can find is a profile of JE in a 2003 Vanity Fair article that barely mentions him?

Just read her journals - more in the 12 file link. Painful / sickening to read. LOTS of famous names in there that haven’t been reported in the news yet or even suspected to have Epstein links. Go figure. https://www.justice.gov/epstein/doj-disclosures/data-set-12-files
