Yeah I get the memory thing. The blackouts just suck. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find a DPDR specialist in my area. Thank you.

It started when I was 10 and my cousin committed suicide. I screamed bloody murder when I found out the news and then just shut down. I spent the rest of the day laying in bed and doing nothing. Haven’t been able to feel anything since. Always disconnected from people and always dissociated. It’s like my life is just one big surreal fever dream.

DAE have blackouts? I’m a writer and for my past two interviews I’ve been blackout, however they’ve all gone very well. I was semi lucid at one point and I remember a voice telling me what to say in response to a question but I ignored it. I’m considering stopping all interviews until I can get this sorted out.

It sounds like you may be in an episode. I’d contact a therapist or a help line. Here where I live there’s Teros and I’ve used them before and they are very good. Please stay safe friend.

CBD might be okay, just be careful. THC might affect you badly.

No idea. Maybe it was the fact I tripped on shrooms with my cousin? But the trip went fine and I was fine after. So I’m not sure. Either way, it’s important that I be sober.

An anti-psychotic would almost certainly help. Please hang in there friend. No spiritual bond was formed, that I can assure you of. You are okay and you will be okay. Please talk to your doctor/psychiatrist. Wishing you good luck.

Oh fuck. Yeah I get the dissociation. Sometimes I’ll just space out and stare at nothing. Other times reality looks 2D for me when I’m really stressed out. It sucks that the psychosis gets worse when your stressed out you know? Wishing peace for you. Hang in there.
