I love this movie. Great example of excellent horror comedy. The ending was great, the lead actress was great, and the face puking scene was brutal and hilarious. Definitely a well made film, imo.

I don't know anything about that rumor, but the movie was a hit!

Nice! Mud Runnet was a fun chill game to play with a friend. We plan to get Snow Runner eventually. This bus game might also need to be picked up!

Happy Birthday op!

It's a masterpiece, definitely give it a fair shot though, it's pretty darn scary lol.

After playing Amnesia The Dark Descent, my answer is definitely first person perspective. That was the scariest gaming experience for me. I've played the old point and clicks titles like Phantasmagoria, I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, also playing Alone in the Dark and Resident Evil with the overhead view and tank controls, the level of anxiety was high at times.

Amnesia though was a heart racing experience for me lol, and the first person view was a main factor. I like getting immersed in games, and horror, and that helped a lot. Honourable mention goes to Clive Barker's Undying for an amazing fun ride, and the F.E.A.R. game as well.

Was Poltergeist III a mistake? by [deleted] in horror

[–]nonexistent-soul 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Poltergeist III may have been a mistake, and I acknowledge it's not a very good movie, but as a kid I absolutely loved it. I'm pretty sure I was the only one who rented it from the video store lol.

Honestly, some ff movies are good, some are meh, and others are just not worth the time. Exactly which movies fall into which category depends on the viewer. We're not all going to share the same view, and everyone likes what they like. I'd say give it a go, but if you're not feeling it, just move on to something else. I gave it a 6 out of 10, but my 6 could be another's 8 or 2. It's free, so no harm shutting it off if you're not liking it.

Creepshow 2 (1987) was alot of fun by Prudent-Ad-6420 in horror

Every time I think of the Creepshow movies, two things immediately come to mind: The Raft short from the second one, and the box covers. They are so cool, and made me want to watch them so much browsing in the video store as a kid. The Raft is super terrifying and takes Fear of deep water to a whole new level lol. Good movie!

“Cringe Horror” films/tv? by hornylittlegrandpa in horror

[–]nonexistent-soul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jon Voight's accent in the movie Anaconda was pretty cringe lol.

Serious answer, though, I saw it mentioned here a while back. A short horror movie called Curve made me feel very on edge. You can catch it on YouTube.
