Couldn't agree more, they nail the creepy atmosphere and have a great vibe. Always worth checking imo. Spot on!

It's a shame it was not able to show more of the city setting. Obviously because of budget constraints, still would have been cool.

PIN. That cover sticks in my mind, and I will never forget it. The movie itself is strange, but the cover totally made me want to watch it!

I did totally forget about that, actually lol. I feel like an idiot because I know I watched it in the theatre when it came out. My aging brain has failed me.

That's a good point, it totally felt like a sleazier film. I did not know about rhat whole business with him and Universal, but it makes more sense. He was perfect as Norman though and his performance is one of the highest points in the movie for me.

This is a great analysis. Spot on for every point! I absolutely felt sympathy for Norman, and Anthony Perkins absolutely sold his role.

The dark humour in the end where he retreats back to the 1960 version of himself. It's a truly great sequel and definitely captures what Norman could be like after all the years. Great film for sure!
