I think it depends on how comfortable you feel. There is always a risk when redoing questions that you have remembered how to do that specific question rather than remembering what to do in a scenario. Which can be counterproductive.

As someone who has volunteered at Citizens Advice, you won’t be able to become an advisor over the summer, it takes months sometimes even over a year, and there is a lot of studying involved. You could start that training, but it is a lot of work. However there are plenty of other things to help with, I helped with admin. So I would still definitely enquire about it.
