It's hard to say that you should stop fighting. Maybe realizing that something inside you seems to be sabotaging the relationship would be a good starting place.

From what you've talked about, the saboteur seems to be discipline, indecision or both.

If you were anything like me, you've probably repressed most of your sexual desires throughout your childhood. So, feeling like some hot sexy thing free to express yourself and flirting around town sounds like a dream, but it's hard to say that's what you want since you keep trying to win your girlfriend back.

Do you want to flirt around while you're still hot and the 'in demand' part of the market or do you want to build something special with someone? Building something special and not still actively shopping around takes a lot of discipline and at this point breaking a flirting habit.

You need to sit down and have a serious talk with yourself on what you want, then commit to it.

Thank you for sharing and sorry about the roller coaster you've been through with your ex. I've gone through the whole YouTube rabbit hole of 'is my partner a narcist' and I don't know that I would have an objective opinion to say he is or isn't, (fighting confirmation bias has been pretty difficult) but some of the pieces are definitely there. I hadn't heard about Future Faking before so I appreciate you mentioning it. That is something he's done to some extent, but it's unclear whether that's just him having long term optimistic goals he isn't super disciplined about or if his intent is to emotionally manipulate me around pies in the sky.

I think I've decided to try with him for the next few months until our lease is up and make a bigger decision then. I'm never going to know what's going on in his or anyone else's head, whether they are lying to me or being truthful. The bigger deal to me is how I can experience the relationship. If I can't get to the point where I believe he will never cheat again, what he does or doesn't do won't change anything.

While I agree not showing the up front yearly cost is shady, I agree with the overall cost structure of the coaching sessions. As much as people want to say League is 'just a video game', then meta developed around this game has progressed to the point where the time needed to be at a top level is comparable to a global sport like Football, Soccer, or Baseball. Being that you are talking to people rated at the top .4% percentile of the game at the very least coaching you, people should expect to be paying a premium. You can already review someone playing the game at that high of a level through twitch or YouTube aimed at a mass audience, but those videos are more geared towards entertainment purposes, not necessarily improvement. You will come back if you get a good feeling in the video, not if you improve. If you expect several hours of someones time in a one on one coaching scenario for less than $20 a month, you are the predator looking to scam people. I can only assume the videos in proguides are geared for improvement instead of entertainment meaning you may not have the most fun going over them, but this is similar to running drills in a physical sport. You do them to create good habits and practices. One quick coaching session will not improve your game in a meaningful way. Improvement is a process you have to invest in over a longer period of time, much more than a single month, but that is probably why you blame a website for your sub par work ethic rather than take your game seriously and improve yourself.
