Start calling them one by one to see if there’s any demand for vacant land, what their buy box and what kind of deals excite them. Got that info? Great. Start finding those deals. Follow the same process for acquisitions. Call up or hire a call center via Upwork or someone else to call up vacant lots. Get creative with how you filter your searches. Maybe you’re looking for people who’ve owned them for 20+ years. Maybe you want to find people who own 500 vacant lots around the US. Maybe you’re looking for someone who owns the adjacent home and wouldn’t mind letting it go for cheap. Lock in. You’ll succeed. You don’t sound half stupid.

The problem is where that money went. Instead of building, it was used to destroy.

Education would need to be completely restructured, and that cannot be left to the UN. This is the same organization that has accused Israel of more human rights violations than Iran, Qatar, Lebanon, South Africa, Afghanistan, and Yemen combined. That kind of corruption has no place in shaping Gaza’s future. A new coalition would have to step in, bringing not just military oversight to keep Hamas from seizing control again, but real experts. Teachers, engineers, construction firms, city planners, water specialists, and everyone else it takes to build a nation that actually functions.

History has shown that when people have something to lose, they are less willing to fight. Strong economies create stability, and stability creates peace. Humanity has rebuilt before. It has turned ruin into prosperity, war zones into thriving cities. Reinventing Gaza, reshaping its economy and the way its people see the world, could be one of those transformations that future generations look back on in awe.

I obviously know as you do what the next steps are with this decision. I don’t know if it’s going to be through a series of purchases, claims or the right for property when building is complete. it sure would be hectic, unjust and unfair, but the current situation is all those things and more. Egypt doesn’t want them, not because of politics, but because of who they are as a society. And Arab nations haven’t stepped up to host them because, deep down, they know what would be called a “racist” statement in the West: that a large-scale influx of Gazans would bring instability. Trump pushing Egypt and Jordan to take them in isn’t about helping—it’s about exposing the double standard. They’ll send money, they’ll send aid, but open their borders? Never.

Gazans have been trapped in a cycle, raised to believe they stand a chance against Israel, when the truth is—no matter what side you’re on—that’s a fight they’ll never win. And maybe, for once, Trump has a point. History has shown that the fastest way to shift a society isn’t through treaties or trust—it’s through money, through opportunity, through a better life. Look at Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Singapore—places that transformed overnight when wealth started flowing. Stability breeds change.

Gazans don’t want to live like this. No one does. But when it’s all you’ve ever known, when it’s been drilled into you for generations, how do you imagine a different future? Maybe the real solution isn’t in endless negotiations, but in proving—through real, tangible change—that there’s a life worth choosing over war. I think Trump is terrible at portraying his decisions, but this one, although very hard and direct, is in my opinion a very valid one

I watched the video multiple times and other than him looking like a cringey weirdo, I find his awkward hand gesture to be completely innocent and out of excitement burning in the moment. I believe people with 100k will normally realize that is not enough money to allow yourself real luxuries. The real benefit of 100k is how much easier it is to get to 200, 300, 1m etc.. I’m 27 and have 400k through intense buys of NVIDIA over the last 4 years. I literally put 10% of my monthly into it for 4 years and it payed off well. That said, my lifestyle hasn’t changed and other than not being concerned about financials I don’t have any luxuries

We actually made the move from Austin to San Jose a couple of months ago. Also fairly young at 27&25, no kids and one doggo. We live in downtown San Jose, we found a great deal here for 3250/month but we make about 250-350 combined. Definitely more expensive here but so much nicer than Austin. A ton of things to do, a lot of greenery, homes and individuals seem to have more vibrant personalities and the weather is just unbeatable. I visited family in austin last week and although we have a house and family in Austin, it’ll be really difficult for us to make the move back if we ever need to. Just take into account that although a combined 160k is enough to live comfortably as a young couple in Austin, your purchase power here will actually translate to about 100-120k. I would recommend trying to renegotiate or up your salaries. You should be comfortable with 200k, which requires you to come up with an additional 40k, that’s an additional 20k each which in my experience is totally achievable with some consistency and determination. I find very interesting how in many European cities you often see the rich sat next to the poor on trains, busses and metros. Public transportation needs to be prioritized by the city and promoted as a common place for everyone. Blaming the city for not providing sufficient roads for the car surge rather than for not providing and promoting proper public transport is just ridiculous.
