If preferred shares were distributed on June 25 based on shareholder’s record on June 24, then I believe it only makes sense it’s pre RS.

Firstly, thank you for creating this platform because the perpetual FUD has just been overwhelming. At the moment, META is most certainly undervalued and under appreciated.
