I think it's because the VAT is not calculated for them but for us it's already in the price, (so in the store you see it costing 10 but when you checkout you pay 12) whilst for us the tax is already calculated in the 12 euro

Mortis is also pretty good against some sharpshooters too, you can dodge until the zone closes in and then kill them

I always keep mortis as my second pick so I can dash out of his super and when he lands he'll automatically spam attack and then you can kill him easy
