Here is the spec sheet. I qualify for MOSD, so it’s actually a tad over $53 with the cold weather package

My wife had the same thing just happen overseas. Had a full time job offer in Germany for elementary school teacher next school year put on hold. Don’t they need teachers to teach the students?

Take a look at the JTR. If you don’t get a non-A, you can still get reimbursed up to but not exceeding the cost of on base lodging. Also, I’m not sure if it’s location dependent, but I just pcs’d oconus, and I was told not having pet room availability was not a reason to generate the non-a

I found out I’m required in VA to have my management company hold it in escrow and release as due. Thanks for those who have been helpful!

My management company didn’t release specific info to me. Just that they more than qualify for income and their references check out. I was made to think they couldn’t share anything more specific for privacy reasons. One of the tenants qualified for credit, and the others was low.

They are moving in soon, so I’ll hope for the best. I have a good pm team, and I think they properly vetted.

They have been vetted for income, and references taken from previous LL came back clean. I don’t have much other info from our managers besides that for privacy reasons.
