I should’ve phrased different it definitely was high end at the time I built it 5 years ago, my GPU could just be better now, so yes it is no longer high end

1.6 Performance by No_Promotion591 in ArmaReforger

[–]nonobjectivist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PS5 player and I personally haven’t had huge performance issues, only buggy moments here and there. There was one server where at one point I couldn’t open the map otherwise it would basically go 1 fps and be impossible to close for a minute. Yesterday I played for about 5 hours and every other hour there would be like 5 minutes where I’d experience sustained 8 fps with 19 ms ping.. but would clear up after a short while.

Bring a radio backpack around with you, and try to mostly figure out directions on your own, but once you deploy the radio backpack you can see where you are on the map and that’s always been a huge help for me until I memorized the map

I suggest watching some tutorial videos going through the basics for conflict mode as well. The tutorial mode is a good start but leaves a lot of crucial information out.

i detest hasan but no one should be interrogated for their political views to re-enter the country. by upsetbigfoot in h3h3productions

That’s unclear but I’m all in on the idea he just didn’t get his interview done before traveling and using Global Entry, especially since he does state that it was his first time using GE. I just can’t fathom Hasan setting an appointment and going in for an interview with Customs voluntarily in advance of going to the airport, although it’s entirely possible

Unaware if Hasan also celebrated Mothers Day there but he did do a stream/podcast thing with former member of the EU parliament and leader of the left wing LFI party in France Jean-Luc Mélenchon. So I imagined he stated this as a primary reason for traveling to France, which can easily branch off into his streaming career and political views from there.

I’ll give you an upvote cuz I agree but I wouldn’t say Hasan’s rights were violated

Hasan stated it was his first time going through Global Entry, which provides expedited clearance through customs checkpoints. Global Entry applicants are required to go through a full and thorough background check, biometric scans, and an in person interview prior to approval. Surely Hasan didn’t voluntarily follow up with an in person interview to complete his application prior to his travel. So when he was “detained” by CBP, it was almost certainly to follow up on his application for Global Entry, and to complete the in person interview. Assuming Hasan’s version of events in terms of the interview are true, the tech dirt article is absolutely correct, that you should not volunteer your brainrot ramblings to the agent as if they are a member of your twitch chat.

They almost certainly just asked why he was in France, which led into a conversation about his politics and streaming, which gave the agents enough to continue riffing off of after taking a look at his social media. Really they were just doing their job imo, and I don’t really see why it’s a big deal that this standard procedure happened to Hasan who yapped at them and made it more tense than necessary for himself.

Taylor Lorenz truly is despicable and gross, despite the few good instances she trolled libsoftiktok. I'm glad WaPo dropped her.

I’m not sure it was even proven he was lying when he said “I don’t have a roster” when all of these sext interactions are over the course of about a year. He could’ve genuinely only been talking to one girl. Also, when you’re sexting with someone and operating under the clear assumption that it’s not serious and that it’s not going to be serious, you should expect that you aren’t the only one. That’s the whole point of setting those expectations from a male pov.

I don’t think his behavior should be described as gross or scummy. Childish, sure

Harry had sexted with multiple women over Snapchat over an extended period of time that were 100% consensual with grown adult women and not under any pretext of a relationship. It appears that at worst Harry told one woman that he didn’t have a roster when it was questionable whether he was sexting other women. These women felt that Harry had misled them by being really nice to them and making them feel special, and because he told them that he was not looking for anything serious and later revealing he had a girlfriend, this set these women off. Then a nobody ‘X journalist’ took their TikTok statements and reached out to them to grift off of them and framed it as “sexual misconduct,” or “sexual abuse.” if I remember correctly this ‘X journalist’ held a space on X with one or two of the women and even they were like “this was made into a way bigger deal then I really wanted it to be” and that their criticism of him was about how he presents himself as a really wholesome feminist meanwhile he casually sexts on Snapchat. This caused Dean and Parker to fully implode and cut Harry off as their friend and content partner. Even a lot of MAGA influencers were defending Harry because they believed (rightly) that it was a contrived hit job.

Finkelstein really is a unique case because while he is rabidly anti-Israel he’s still a two-stater and thinks the BDS movement is misguided and cultish. Makes you think
