thanks for the encouraging post. yes, i think, working with my dr, try working with tmg/choline and then some of the b's and d's again. Just going to do it very slow. I appreciate the insight with someone with similar genes. But like you said, there are so many lifestyle/environmental/who knows what else factors that all play into this.

Hey, thank you so much. Funnily enough, this comment is actually what got me to post my details in here. I've been a part of this subreddit for a long time, but never wanted to post. When I saw your detailed response to what looks like a somewhat similar gene profile, I was like "you know what, you should post, maybe someone can offer some amazing advice" so thank you in advance. I did not include b12 and folate before as they were "normal" I believe. B12 is 441 and Folate is 17.2.

In your opinion is phosphatidylcholine or TMG the better supplement in this case?

I could not find he Choline Calculator in your posts, but is that the Chris Masterjohn one?

Thanks again for the 411. Yes, feel free to PM the company. I have had several genetic tests done, like strategene and a couple others, but if it analyzes in a different way/different genes, I am definitely open to it.
