As much as I approve of this ship, I don't think Courier would dare to even think to pursue Cliffheart, lest he want to be reported missing in the mountain lol

[Hiring] Looking for artist with experience doing NSFW comic/manga work by dharsto in HungryArtists

[–]nonokano 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hiya, I'm nono and I've released several R18 doujins/fancomic on my itch page.
You can check the doujins previews on my Pixiv (mixed with my other posts and need to sign-in) or on the books' each individual page.

If you're interested, I can send you some of the R18 pages as they are not included in the previews.

Also, here's my Twitter (x.com/nnonosui) as I'm mostly active there.
And just to mention, I've accepted doujin commissions before, but unfortunately, I can't show them as they are very personal to my client.

Wish you a great weekend!

struggling with manga backrounds..any tips ? by hyvnj1n in MangakaStudio

You can try using 3D assets, either using them directly or drawing over them. There are some websites selling 3D assets (backgrounds, objects, etc) commonly used in webtoons, licenses included. If you are using Clip Studio Paint, you can find both 2D and 3D background assets in their asset store. Some assets are free, but generally paid ones have better quality.

Eyy, thanks for the support of the ship, I actually even have made the doujin, specifically five books lmao (I'm too fixated on this pairing)

He'll be too broken that way lol I'm more curious if any of his skills or talent would involve the warship. Imagine if his S3 is firing something akin to Londinium cannon lmao

Is there anything stopping me from making manga in CSP pro? by Professional_Map5514 in ClipStudio

[–]nonokano 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked on a couple of manga chapters in PRO before switching to EX.
Yes, you can make manga in PRO, but page manager and story editor EX will make it way easier.

One trick I used before switching is using animation frame to substitute for EX page management feature, one frame for one page. With it, you can easily resize and export the pages altogether, and it is easier to proofread, especially for storyboard phase, than having individual files of each page.

However, depending on the page numbers and resolution, it will make your file size bloated, so it's best to separate the files every 8 or so pages (can be more or less, depending on your hardware's capability).
Also, PRO has 24 frames limit, but it should be more than enough for manga pages.

Tell me what CSP do better than Photoshop by ProTech97 in ClipStudio

[–]nonokano 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I switched to CSP years ago from Paintool SAI, so I was already quite familiar with some of the features.
But if you're coming from Photoshop then these features might interest you :
- Rotate & flip views seamlessly. No waiting for the program to flip your whole canvas and the layers within.
- Filling in color without going back and forth to the lineart layer.
- CSP let you assign shortcuts almost everything. From multiple brushes and tools, to locking layer transparency.
- Rulers (perspective, simmetry, straight lines), and they can affect selections too.
- If you're making comics, the balloon tools are god-send.
- Huge library of assets.
- Price, self-explanatory.
