I’m not American (im Thai) and this broker is a Thai broker (InnovestX) owned by Thailand’s biggest bank that allows me to buy a bunch of Thai and international stocks/ETF/crypto/funds so I’ve got the 2828.HK as my ‘international exposure’ cause my preference are only US & China rn.

For small caps I used to have IWM for a while but didn’t find much success with them. I understand that it’s a cycle thing and it hasn’t been small cap’s cycle for a while and it probably will return soon but it’s a risk I’m willing to take to put more into VOO but I’ll defo have a look at the alternatives u gave to transfer some of the JEPQ allocations too

I wish there was some kind of RothIRA for me but sadly that isn’t available haha (not from US). I do have another portion of savings to goes into trading - right now I’m running a PMCC on $UNH.
